1. Use of Services

You may use Dojiwa’s Services only for lawful, professional purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be

• A legal entity or authorized business representative.
• Over the age of 18 and capable of entering binding contracts.

1.2 Account Registration

Certain features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials.

1.3 Service Access

Dojiwa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Dojiwa to generate or distribute harmful, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Misuse AI features for impersonation, harassment, political manipulation, or unauthorized deepfake generation.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any data, media, text, or files you upload or create using Dojiwa’s tools (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the Services, you grant Dojiwa a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to deliver and improve Services.

You confirm that:

• You have all the necessary rights and consents to upload and use the content.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Dojiwa implements reasonable security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and design elements of Dojiwa (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Dojiwa or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without express written permission.

6. Payment and Subscription (If Applicable)

While Dojiwa may offer free access, certain features may be paid or subscription based. All pricing, billing, and refund policies will be outlined on our platform when applicable.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new plans prior to notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, or legal compliance.

We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or business due to downtime or access issues.

8. Service Availability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dojiwa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, profits, or data
• Any content created or used through the platform

In no event shall Dojiwa’s liability exceed the fees paid (if any) for the Services during the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

Dojiwa reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its sole discretion, especially in the event of a violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your access will cease, but your obligations related to content, confidentiality, and limitations of liability will survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
